We have partnered with Cav Futures to help UVA student-athletes capitalize on their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) but more importantly, their BRAND for lifetime success. This hoodie is part of a merchandise launch we are doing with Ben Vander Plas. Through this partnership we have agreed to leverage our platform and reach to help Ben and other student athletes maximize their potential for earnings through NIL efforts. Our agreement with Ben (who is represented by Cav Futures) is a 75/25 profit split, but we will be contributing our full 25% to marketing efforts like this one to help maximize awareness of the products and events we will be hosting to benefit the student athletes.
Ben is a transfer from Ohio University who was named Bennett by his father Dean after Dean’s basketball coach at UWBG, Dick Bennett, where he played alongside our very own Tony Bennett.
