Announcing the first-ever Locker Room Access Showcase

After months of planning and preparation, we are happy to announce the first-ever Locker Room Access Showcase, featuring four high school basketball squads with ties to the University of Virginia.

The event is brought to you by DR1VEN Training, a Charlottesville-area player development company that has worked with Virginia basketball players including Justin Anderson, Ty Jerome, Devon Hall, London Perrantes, De'Andre Hunter, and more, along with Charlottesville-based businesses and sponsors Reines and Rogers Jewelers, True Blue Pools and Multiverse Kitchens.

The Locker Room Access Showcase will be held at Charlottesville High School on Saturday, Jan. 15.

At 11:30 a.m., Blue Ridge School vs. Catholic High School.

At 1:15 p.m., St. Anne's-Belfield vs. Norfolk Collegiate.

Doors open at 10:15 a.m. and admission is free for attendees who RSVP beforehand. Tickets will cost $5 at the door. The event will also feature a charity auction, raffles, giveaways, concessions, and a pop-up store selling exclusive Locker Room Access merchandise.

University of Virginia basketball alumni and families will be in attendance to watch the showcase of some of Virginia's finest high school basketball talent.

About the Teams

Blue Ridge School: The Blue Ridge School is a boarding school based in St. George, Virginia. Head coach Cade Lemcke played basketball at the University of Virginia for two seasons under head coach Pete Gillen, and graduated from Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce in 2002. Former Virginia forwards Mamadi Diakite and Lars Mikalauskas both attended the Blue Ridge School before starting their basketball careers at Virginia.

St. Anne's-Belfield: The St. Anne's-Belfield School is an independent school located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Head coach Damin Altizer spent time on the Virginia basketball team under head coach Dave Leitao as a walk-on before graduating from the university in 2009. In addition to coaching the St. Anne's-Belfield basketball team, Altizer is also the founder and CEO of DR1VEN Training. Freshman Austin Williford, the son of Virginia assistant coach Jason Williford, is also a member of the St. Anne's-Belfield team.

Norfolk Collegiate: Norfolk Collegiate is a private day school located in Norfolk, VA. Head coach Junior Burrough spent four years on the Virginia basketball team from 1992 to 1995, where he led Virginia to appearances in the Sweet Sixteen and the Elite Eight. Burrough finished his career with 1,970 points, sixth-best in program history, and 362 rebounds, second-best in program history. Burrough's son Justin is a member of Norfolk Collegiate's basketball team.

Catholic High School: Catholic High School is a co-ed Catholic school located in Virginia Beach, VA. Their roster features plenty of local Virginia basketball talent.

Other Activities

Door Prizes: the first 50 people will get door prizes. Ranging from autographs, shirts, cards, hoodies, stickers and more. With a chance to win more based on your basketball skills.

Raffles: We'll also be raffling off a piece of the championship court signed by the MOP Kyle Guy. A Locker Room Access Exclusive as well as other UVA prizes.

Pop-up Shop: LRA will be also have an exclusive pop-up shop with new exclusive fully licensed UVA items and a Sample Sale including Tank Tops, Flip Flops, Tees, Bags and much more.

Music: by DJ WHY BE, You know him as Yuri Barnes.

Auction: Stop by and bid on rare one of kind memorabilia, PSA 10 Graded Rookie cards of your favorite wahoos, Exclusive Jewelry from Reines & Rogers and much more. Many of the auctions will have 100% of proceeds going to V Foundation and Cancer Research in the name of our friend Phony Bennett.
